What data we collect

This website has no contact form and no account registration. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number, and we do not collect such data through the site.

If you call or e-mail us, we process your data solely to handle that matter — a booking, an enquiry or a quote.

The server hosting this site records standard access logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type). They are used only to keep the site secure and working correctly.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses them in two groups:

• Essential — they remember your cookie choice so the banner does not appear on every visit. They are always active and do not require consent.
• Analytics (Google Analytics) — they let us count visits and see which pages are read. They only start after your explicit consent.

Google Analytics

We collect visit statistics using Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). The tool starts only when you click “Accept” in the banner — until then its script is not downloaded at all and consent stays denied in line with Google Consent Mode.

IP addresses are anonymised. We use analytics data in aggregate form and do not combine it with your personal data.

Google Maps

The contact section embeds a Google Maps map so you can find your way here quickly. The map loads together with the page, and at that moment Google may store its own cookies in your browser and access your IP address — including before you make a choice in the banner.

If you want to avoid this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings. Google's own privacy policy describes how it processes data.

Legal basis and retention

Server log data is processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely keeping the site secure. Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Contact details given by phone or e-mail are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it
• rectify data that is incorrect or incomplete
• have your data erased
• restrict processing
• object to processing
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal
